Your preview is best scheduled about 3 months (90 days) before your wedding day—just the right time to perfect your dream look!

Please arrive with clean, blow-dried hair (no products applied) and a fresh, makeup-free face. A consistent skincare routine in the weeks leading up to your wedding is essential. For an even smoother application, dermaplaning is recommended not required. Don’t forget to bring inspiration photos and any specific products or accessories you’d love us to incorporate.
How can I ensure my hair and makeup lasts all day?
We use only the best tools and products for your unique skin and hair, so your glam stays picture-perfect from “I do” to last dance. Plus, you’ll get a handy touch-up kit to keep on hand.
Day-of Logistics
What time should I schedule hair and makeup on my wedding day?
Your timeline will depend on your ceremony, photography, and ready times, as well as the number of services booked. We’ll create a customized schedule to ensure you’re photo-ready and relaxed before the ceremony.
Can you accommodate large parties?
From intimate gatherings to large bridal parties, our team provides on-location services at your venue, ensuring every detail is handled with ease.
Payment, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
What is your payment policy?
Your date is exclusively reserved with a 50% retainer upon signing. For events booked within 30 days, full payment ensures your artistry experience is fully secured.
What is your cancellation policy?
Life happens! While our cancellation policy is outlined in your agreement, we’re always happy to talk through options and find the best solution for you.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes! While our full rescheduling policy is outlined in your agreement, please know we’ll always do our best to accommodate changes and work with you if your plans shift.

Can I request a specific hairstyle, makeup look, or artist?
Yes! Think of us as your glam mood-board translators. Share all your inspo photos during your inquiry and trial—we love seeing your vision. And if you have a favorite artist in mind, we’ll do our best to pair you together.

We adhere to all recommended health guidelines, including sanitizing tools and wearing masks when appropriate.
Do you provide services for clients with allergies or sensitivities?

Can I make adjustments after my hair and makeup trial?
Definitely! We value your feedback, any adjustments can be made during your trial and even after the trial to ensure you’re completely satisfied. Additional trial service can also be added if you decide to change your look as the end goal is your 100% satisfaction.

Do you travel for destination events?
Yes, we love to travel! Please let us know your location, and we can discuss travel arrangements and any associated fees for your trial and the day of the event.
